The location close to a bus stop was particularly good, most places in Nicosia were within reach. The hotel itself was in a nice enough area...

Because of a problem with a double room we were upgraded and had a bright room with double bed.

There was no service which we expected, so were a little disappointed.

Everything is great, I appreciated it. The room is beautifully decorated and big size with double bed. The hotel has a favourable location in nice area of Bursa.

Comfortable beds, climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and an electric kettle in the room.

The location was favourable, close to the city center, it's a plus.

The experience was VERY RELAXING and I would come here again. Great value, room was neat, staff were very nice. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with 2 single beds.

Secondly, the staff were exceptional - they were kind, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were modern, spacious, and well-equipped, with both double bed and twin bed options available. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.

The double room at Greenland Premium Residance was super cozy and had a balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the view with a cup of tea. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Personally, I found the private bathroom in the room a bit small, but others might still find it convenient.

The spacious room was amazing with large windows and polished floors. the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. the bathroom was well designed with lovely colors and hot water available instantly. It was a great location to explore the surrounding area.

There was also some construction work being carried out on the property that added to the noise levels.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had lots of storage space. The location was good, near transportation and only a short distance from the city center. Wifi was also good.
